清煮鮮龍蝦 (Boiled lobster)

1- 龍蝦2隻洗淨 (2 lobsters, cleaned)

份量自供參考 (just for reference only)
1- 海鹽2湯匙 (2 tbsp sea salt)

1- 先煲滾一大煲水, 水要足夠蓋過2隻龍蝦, 加入海鹽

2- 龍蝦先放尿, 洗淨(如果怕, 可以唔做), 再放入滾水, 轉中火以1磅至1磅25安士大少來計, 煲6-8分鐘左右, 即可享用
1- Boil a water where the water is enough to cover two lobster.  Add some sea salt.
2- Clean the lobster properly and putit into the hot water.  Turn to medium heat, and boil it around 6-8 minfor 1 or 1.25lbs lobsters.  Serve hot.

1- 龍蝦不宜煲太耐, 會韌的
2- 吃時可以配奇妙醬, 潮州金桔油, 或蒜蓉牛油
3- 下水去煮時, 龍蝦頭先落 (人道地把它弄死, 免得它痛苦掙扎)
